PROP CHALLENGE SURVIVAL OS
Most challenges are lost to a rule, not a bad trade.
Daily loss, total drawdown, trailing floors and open risk all move while you trade. Maximelion calculates what your proposed trade leaves in each buffer — before your stop, and again if price gaps through it.
You confirm the firm rules; we preserve the rule version and calculation evidence. Maximelion never declares a challenge passed or failed.
The lifecycle
1
Preparation
Enter and confirm the firm's rules from a template or manually: daily loss, total drawdown, drawdown type, reset timezone.
2
Active
Every trade is checked against this moment's buffers before entry: now, and after open stops.
3
Passed or failed
The result closes with evidence. Failure gets a blame-free review; a pass moves on to protecting the funded account.
Worked example
$100,000 start · $5,000 daily limit · $10,000 total limit · $97,000 balance · $96,500 equity
Daily buffer left
$4,000
Total buffer left
$6,500
The exact baseline semantics (balance, equity, or the lower of the two) are the firm's rule; the rule-template version is stored with the result.
