Support

Effective 25 July 2026

One person answers support, and that person built the product. You will not be routed through a bot or asked to restate your question three times.

Response times

  • Billing, refunds, and anything blocking access: one business day.
  • Bugs and questions: two business days.
  • Feature requests: read and logged, answered when there is something real to say rather than immediately with a placeholder.

Write from the address on your account where possible — it saves a round trip verifying who you are.

The sign-in link did not arrive

  • Check spam. A first message from a new sender frequently lands there.
  • Confirm the address — the response is identical whether or not an account exists, so a typo looks exactly like success.
  • Links expire after 15 minutes and work once. If a corporate mail scanner opened it first, it is already spent; request another.
  • Still nothing after ten minutes: email us and we will check delivery from our side.

A number looks wrong

Tell us the inputs and what you expected. Every result carries a formula version and the assumptions used, so quoting those makes it quick to check.

If the engine is wrong, that is serious: it is fixed, the fix is covered by a test, and everyone affected is told. If the engine is right, we will show you which assumption produced the difference.

Billing

Refunds are covered by the refund policy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and never deletes your records — your decisions and exports stay available on the free tier.

Getting your data out

The account page exports everything in machine-readable form and deletes your account. Neither needs to go through support.

What support cannot do

We cannot advise on a trade, tell you whether a position is a good idea, interpret a prop firm's rules on your behalf, or contact a firm for you. Those are outside what this product is, and pretending otherwise would be worse than declining.
